Use the "host" or "dig" command to fetch the zones from your server. zone2sql
can also convert single zones without named.conf files. For an example see
http://linuxnetworks.de/doc/index.php/PowerDNS_LDAP_Backend/Migration#Other_name_server
It's almost the same for zone2sql
