The PowerDNS Authoritative server will move to the 'MOADNSParser'
infrastructure that already powers the Recursor. When this move is
completed, we can start adding fancy things like TSIG security, which is
needed for secure dynamic updates.

So it is planned, but it will probably only happen around 2.9.22.
