[Pdns-users] cycling backend -> TCP server is without backend connections

I've started seeing messages like
pdns[16688]: TCP nameserver had error, cycling backend:Trying to
read data from remote TCP client 83.243.57.197: Connection reset
by peer
pdns[16688]: TCP server is without backend connections, launching
always in pairs and about 25 minutes apart from each other. What's
pdns trying to tell me? What's going on?
