I've updated the port (/usr/ports/dns/powerdns) on FreeBSD to 2.9.21 so you should use that
instead of the snapshots. For the recursor you should use the other
port (/usr/ports/dns/powerdns-recursor).

Make sure you update your ports-tree before building from ports.
