[Pdns-users] PDNS not authoritative for it's own zones

I've read that. But the other problem is:

Nov 24 15:42:55 debian pdns[714]: Not authoritative for 'testdomain.com', 
sending servfail to (recursion was desired)

Is that normal? Why I can't get SOA for that domain?
