[Pdns-users] PDNS Recursor

Hi,
 
Is it possible to have the PDNS Recursor forward all DNS queries first
to an upstream provider, caching the entries locally if the entry is
available, else it does the lookup itself?
 
The reason I ask is that my upstream provider has a "large" DNS Caching
server, but I would prefer to keep all cached entries local once they
have been looked up, rather than all lookups being sent directly to the
upstream provider's DNS Server.
