Transferring patches is more efficient...

We rotate the base file automatically as soon as the patch is over 
50kbytes... Not to mention more secure as we do file transfers over SSL, 
and the main box isn't hammered by 7-8 servers requesting updates, files 
over https is more efficient... :)
