Before telling me what I "should do", try actually reading the URL you link
to.

"Spam filtering as a plugin... mostly untested and highly experimental."
"This plugin requires Trac 0.10 (which is currently still in development)."

Things are not that easy. I'll try to delete the spammed tickets.
