PowerDNS is like most other nameservers in this respect, you need to make an
in-addr.arpa zone. Quit often, if your IP address is 1.2.3.4 you need to
make a zone called '3.2.1.in-addr.arpa.' and inside that zone a
4.3.2.1.in-addr.arpa PTR record.
