[Pdns-users] pdns_server won't start at reboot on freebsd 6.1

Reading this, the first thing that comes to my mind is that you are
trying to start PowerDNS before MySQL has completed startup. Make sure
that your scripts are setup such that PowerDNS starts later in the boot
sequence.

Subject: [Pdns-users] pdns_server won't start at reboot on freebsd 6.1

Hi,

I'm using powerdns-2.9.20 on freeBSD box. Everything works just fine,
exept that pdns_server won't start automaticly at reboot. It complains
something about beeing unable to connect to mysql (I'm using mysql as
background). Mysql definitly starts automaticly at reboot. When servers
fully rebootes and I start pdns_server manualy, everything goes OK.

pdns_recursors starts OK automaticly.

I noticed this on several boxes.

Anybody has any hint on this?
