In theory yes, but this will require some work and testing.
If you are willing to do so, I can give you a development version of the
OpenDBX library which includes a FreeTDS backend. In combination with
PowerDNS's opendbxbackend, you could then use your MSSQL server for serving
DNS entries.
Do you want to invest the time needed to get this running?
