New recursor RPMS for CentOS 4.x / RHEL  available from:

ftp://ftp.monshouwer.com/pub/linux/pdns-recursor

Rrdtool is not part of the main redhat distribution. If you need a copy to use the pdsn-recursor-rrd package just download it here:

ftp://ftp.monshouwer.com/pub/linux/rrdtool

(this rrdtool version is part of the FC5 extas so it must be Redhat compatible ;-)
