[Pdns-users] heads up! bind2backend now the default

A message for those of you running the bind-backend, which is mostly
compatible with Bind:

When testing the most up to date sources from Subversion, be aware that the
bind2backend is now the default!

This is probably good news, but the inner workings of this backend are very
different (but lots simpler) than the old backend, so there might be some
surprises.
