It only gives out additional records when they are needed.

I only accept bugreports created by 'dig' or perhaps our own 'sdig',
nslookup is too confusing. 

Be aware that 2.9.19 has a bug that might mess up classless in-addr arpa
delegations, see http://wiki.powerdns.com/projects/trac/changeset/539 for a
fix and http://wiki.powerdns.com/projects/trac/wiki/HACKING for how to
apply.
