Can you test with the attached replacement of packethandler.cc ?

Wildcard CNAMEs are pretty weakly standardised, and the PowerDNS
interpretation has so far differed from Bind. People have reported that the
attached packethandler.cc files fixes their wildcard CNAME problems.

But please be careful, I haven't tested these changes sufficiently! But
success has been reported.

Let me know, I plan to release 2.9.18 soonish, it it needs to include a fix
that brings our behaviour in line with what people expect.
