It's supplied with PowerDNS, how did you install? Did you use the source 
or the RPM?

I'm only familiar with the source, if you compile it, don't forget to 
configure as: ./configure --with-modules="gmysql

If you installed the rpm, do updatedb& and then locate 
libgmysqlbackend.so and look at the result..
