Ok but on wich facility ?
I tried to browse the pdns_recursor sources and it seems to uses the same lib as pdns but even pdns logs works perfectly pdns_recursor doesn't.

I tried it. Before sending the mail, but nothing better. And in the man 'quiet' is know to start/stop the question and answer logging, not really the logging of normal messages of pdns_recursor.
