How do we include another configuration file in pdns.conf, or specify
another configuration file to the daemon?

Before switching to PowerDNS, our BIND configuration loaded forwarders
from another configuration file, generated by scripts triggered, for
instance, by the DHCP client:

	[...]
	include "/var/run/named.conf.forwarders";
	[...]

We want to achieve a similar configuration with PowerDNS, but while we
can generate a file containing:

	recursor=123.12.34.1
	recursor=123.12.34.2
	[...]

I can't figure out how to include another configuration file in
pdns.conf.

Alternatively, we can generate a single configuration file by appending
these lines to our pdns.conf, but in this case, we must be able to
choose which configuration to use, the dynamic configuration file:
/var/run/pdns.conf or the static configuration file:
/etc/powerdns/pdns.conf. I can't exactly figure out how to achieve this
either.

The only documentation I could find on the config-dir setting was
"Location of configuration directory (pdns.conf)" I can't tell if it
could help us, perhaps by including all of the configuration files in
config-dir, or just config-dir/pdns.conf?

Thanks very much for any help!

Jack
