[Pdns-users] configure: includes not found

I had to do:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql 
--with-mysql-includes=/usr/local/mysql/include

because:
./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
with MySQL mysql-standard-4.0.20-pc-linux-i686
errored with:
checking for MySQL include directory... configure: error: Didn't find 
the mysql include dir in '/usr/local/mysql/include/mysql'
