[Pdns-users] Decreasing Timeout

Hello again list,

Now that I have my resolver working, I'm looking for a way to decrease
the time between looking in the database for an authoritative answer and
forwarding to a resolver. It seems the timeout now is exactly five
seconds.

Is there a way to decrease this, even if it is a hard set value?

I've scoured chapters 11,15,16,18 and Appendix A and I've found nothing.

Hints?
