Sorry,

after it there was:

It worked but and now im a little bit further. The problem i've now is: . . .
floor                               0x5bc       /opt/mysql/lib/libmysqlclient.a(password.o)
floor                               0x834       /opt/mysql/lib/libmysqlclient.a(password.o)
floor                               0x8dc       /opt/mysql/lib/libmysqlclient.a(password.o)
ld: fatal: relocations remain against allocatable but non-writable sections
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [libgmysqlbackend.la] Error 1

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

make: *** [all] Error 2

Isn't it a shared library problem? There are groups where they say option 'gcc -shared' will solve it - i tried
CXX="g++ -shared" ./configure --with-modules="gmysql"
but nothing changed!

Regards
Alex
