We have a lot of different subnets each having its own bind zone file.
We know like to convert these to LDAP
We plan to build the following path in our LDAP tree:
cn=dnc,ou=Daemons,dc=tgm,dc=ac,dc=at
Is it possible to use for each subnet a new subtree like:
cn=10.0.4.0,cn=dns,ou=Daemons,dc=tgm,dc=ac,dc=at
cn=10.0.8.0,cn=dns,ou=Daemons,dc=tgm,dc=ac,dc=at
Where in the subtree 10.0.4.0 or 10.0.8.0 all host of this subnet should be
placed.
The problem all the different subnets (in the different subtrees) are in the
same domain intern.tgm.ac.at.
All the subnets should be handled only by one nameserver.
Is it possible and how?
Thanks.
Berndt
