Well - it is screaming for problems at least. Both CNAMEs, and wildcards are
complicated enough on their own.

If I read the RFC 1034 DNS algorithm (4.3.2), in this case the NS record
will win for whatever.test, but would lose for blah, which would then be a
CNAME for sd1.domain.com. 

But who knows what might happen. This is scary stuff. Wildcards are fraught
with difficulties, as are CNAMEs.
