[Pdns-users] Received unsuccesful notification ?

Hello,
i'm getting some error on my pdns operations monitor,

Received unsuccesful notification report for 'domain.ca' from 69.0.0.18, rcode: 4

Received NOTIFY for domain.ca from 69.0.0.18 but slave support is disabled in the configuration

i'm getting these errors on my MASTER dns server
what do they mean? and changes did copy over, so i'm not sure what the problem was.

also anyother question,

how do u make my pdns name server answer authoritatively ?
I'm getting this error when i run the dns report at: http://www.dnsreport.com/


ERROR: You have one or more lame nameservers. These are nameservers that do NOT answer authoritatively for your domain. This is bad; for example, these nameservers may never get updated. The following nameservers are lame: 
69.0.0.41 < is my secondary.
