[Pdns-users] recursor with duplicate packet id's

hi
I get no clue out of this:
pdns 2.9.16 running infront of bind v9.2.2 (which is the recursor)
tells me exactly every two minutes (120 seconds) things like:

Received packet from recursor backend with id 0 which is a duplicate

of course this gets at top in the monitor:
Received packet from recursor backend with id 0 which is a duplicate
1047	49%
Received packet from recursor backend with id 1 which is a duplicate
1021	48%
Received packet from recursor backend with id 2 which is a duplicate
34	1.6%
Received packet from recursor backend with id 4 which is a duplicate
7	0.33%

this comes typically with named reporting "lame server resolving ...."

any clues on how to prevent this?
