You are right!
Pdns gets the NS and MX record if it is searching for SOA records, but
they are ommited while AXFR happens because the ldap entry containing
the SOA record isn't included in the ldap search.
Thus, it is wrong to include MX and NS records in the SOA entry
directly. Instead you need an entry below in the tree (like you've
already done):
dn: dc=@,dc=nethosting,dc=pl,...
nsrecord: ns.nethosting.pl
nsrecord: dns.roztocze.com.pl
mxrecord: 10 matrix.nethosting.pl
associateddomain: nethosting.pl
I've tested it with a similar entry (different domains in nsrecords)
and it works.
You can use another name than @, but it hasn't any special meaning
because it's only the name for this entry and it's neither used by
pdns nor sent to another name server.
I will update my documentation to correct my mistake.
