[Pdns-users] not authoritative answer

I have discover exactly my problem.
This is that my pdns respond to:

  dig onlydocg.it SOA @212.131.193.3


in this way:

This is all ok except AUTHORITY: 0.

For this reason I got an error from nic (www.nic.it) when I tryed to set 
this server as dns server.
The error is:
*ERROR*: DNS not authoritative
