Or, if you made a webbased editor in eg. php, simply have the web-interface send its UPDATE's and so forth to both mysql's.

  I got a problem, i need a dual pdns setup with both 1 mysql server. This is because it need to update the nameserver quick. I got now pdns as primary and named as a secundary but this suxs. Because i have to add with hand the named stuff..
