[Pdns-users] pdns versions?

hello,
could some one please explain to me the difference between

the downloads of powerdns on this page:
http://express.powerdns.com/pdns/index.php?PHPSESSID=ede4772db0db21d405373216467111f0


and the pdns downloads on this page:

http://www.powerdns.com/downloads/index.php

?

it seems like two different versions, but why? and whats the diff?
