[Pdns-users] Can someoone please explain what this is?

Checking my logfiles, I see this occuring a massive amount of times:

pdns[143]: Recursive query for remote 64.89.232.197 with internal id 2 
was not answered by backend within timeout, reusing id

That ip is the ip of the server running the powerdns daemon.  In it's 
/etc/resolv.conf file, it has nameserver 64.89.232.197

Any ideas would be helpful.
