There seem to be more problems with the new Generic ODBC backend and MSSQL.
It's hard for me to debug, because I don't have access to MSSQL myself to 
test it.

I've found one little weirdness in the godbc backend code, which I've 
changed in this exe:
http://michel.physos.net/powerdns/pdns.exe

Can you replace your pdns.exe with the one above and test it again?
