[Pdns-users] The domains table

Hi Bert,

If you run with the generic backends, you better have a domains table. You
really need it. You can fill one easily however.

really necessary for pdns to operate or whether it just served to ensure
referential integrity.  Either way I need to rename it, I assume this won't
impact pdns (thus my question)?
