[Pdns-users] PDNS and a BIND SLAVE

I'm having a little trouble that I hope someone can help me with. I'm
configuring our PDNS servers to use a BIND slave for a customer. I think
I've configured things correctly because the following appears in the PDNS
LOGS:

Apr 22 21:42:53 ns1 pdns[26080]: AXFR of domain 'bllvwa.cablespeed.com'
initiated by 24.207.217.98
Apr 22 21:42:53 ns1 pdns[26080]: AXFR of domain 'bllvwa.cablespeed.com' to
24.207.217.98 finished
Apr 22 21:42:53 ns1 pdns[26080]: TCP nameserver: Trying to read data from
remote TCP client 24.207.217.98: Connection reset by peer

and on the BIND server side:

Apr 22 23:47:51.265 xfer-in: error: transfer of 'bllvwa.cablespeed.com/IN'
from 66.235.59.6#53: failed while receiving responses: bad label type
Apr 22 23:47:51.265 xfer-in: info: transfer of 'bllvwa.cablespeed.com/IN'
from 66.235.59.6#53: end of transfer

So it looks like the Master/Slave relationship is there. There appears to be
a communication problem that I don't understand. I cannot currently provide
any information regarding the BIND configuration, except that the customer
replaced the IP for the old BIND MASTER with OUR PDNS IP in their config
(which worked with BIND).

Has anyone done this before? PDNS<-->BIND? Are there special settings to
make them talk to each other nicely??

Thanks,
Ken
