[Pdns-dev] ldapbackend patch

Hello,

we were in need of starting DNS service with LDAP backend.
PowerDNS perfectly suits our needs, except one thing: we couldn't
specify in LDAP, which entry for what network is visible - or we just
missed it :)
I added a small patch, and builded our version, which works perfectly
(it seems so).
I'm attaching the patchfiles, if it's acceptable for you, It would be
our pleasure to help enhance this great project.
