[Pdns-dev] Notify AA-Flag / OpenDNSSEC

Hi again,

Another problem showed up:
Notify messages from pdns seem to not include the AA-flag. OpenDNSSEC's 
zonefetcher complains about 'bad notifies'. Deactivating the AA check in 
zonefetcher allows successful zone transfers.

RFC1996 seems to clearify the situation. It says NOTIFY must include the AA 
flag.
