Ahh, the virtual-machine (KVM) with Debian 32-bit.
The Ubuntu Host is an AMD-machine with 64-bit install.
When I look at wireshark, it tells me, the pdns-server compiled on
64-bit Ubuntu doesn't return RRSIG's in response to the second query (-t
DNSKEY ). I can see the same with dig:
$ dig +norec +multiline +dnssec -t DNSKEY powerdnssec.org @127.0.0.1 |
grep powerdnssec.org.
; <<>> DiG 9.6.1-P2 <<>> +norec +multiline +dnssec -t DNSKEY
powerdnssec.org @127.0.0.1
;powerdnssec.org. IN DNSKEY
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 257 3 5 (
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 256 3 5 (
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 256 3 5 (
Which is different from what I get on Debian:
$ dig +norec +multiline +dnssec -t DNSKEY powerdnssec.org
@192.168.122.52 | grep powerdnssec.org.
; <<>> DiG 9.6.1-P2 <<>> +norec +multiline +dnssec -t DNSKEY
powerdnssec.org @192.168.122.52
;powerdnssec.org. IN DNSKEY
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 256 3 5 (
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 256 3 5 (
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN DNSKEY 257 3 5 (
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN RRSIG DNSKEY 5 2 3600 20100506000000 (
20100422000000 41166 powerdnssec.org.
powerdnssec.org. 3600 IN RRSIG DNSKEY 5 2 3600 20100506000000 (
20100422000000 37943 powerdnssec.org.
