[Pdns-dev] "also-notify" support for PowerDNS

All,

I submitted a proposed patch to implement "also-notify" support in
PowerDNS. The details are on the Trac site:

Note that if you look at the diff on the Trac site, it hides changes to
header files, which are in the file. You can see these if you download
the raw version.
