[Pdns-dev] table names and zone transfers acls

Hello,

This patch allow to change table names and limit hosts, which are
allowed to do axfr get query per domain. This patch was not wrotten by
me, I have just some modify and combine two old patches into one.
I think this patch is actual, because you have two tickets in your
development trac. Here they are:

(Add the allow-transfer for one ip to one zone (define in database) )
