(I've contacted Daniel off-list, and the issue has been addressed in
Subversion).

This issue does not affect the default PowerDNS configuration, nor the vast
majority of PowerDNS installations, but it is nevertheless serious.

2.9.22.2 will be released soon because of this report.

It is also adviseable to read http://doc.powerdns.com/security-policy.html
before posting security issues..
