[Pdns-dev] recusror for Windows

A newbie question?...

Can I compile/install/run recusor on Windows (2003/XP)? If so, how? is this a common practice, or is it a "rare"/bizarre situation? (i.e. do the vast majority of recusors run on non-Windows?)

Do people usually use MSVC to compile?
