Hi,

(My original message is still probably waiting for moderator approval as I
wasn't subscribed then.)

More cleanups when running recursor in forked mode, the attached patch
(against snapshot4) moves makeControlChannelSocket() around a bit in order
to have the real pid in socket filenames, making it easier to see (and
parse in init scripts) which socket controls which process. Because of
this the whole s_rcc.d_dontclose boolean becomes unnecessary as far as I
can see so that is also removed.

The patch also fixes pid file writing to include the pids of both forked
processes.

Rgrds,
Matti
