[Pdns-dev] Missing documentation for pdns_control commands

Hello,

I was just exploring the pdns_control command, and I noticed a few
things missing from the documentation:

      * RPING is not documented anywhere.
      * NOTIFY-HOST, NOTIFY, REDISCOVER, RELOAD, RETRIEVE,
        BIND-RELOAD-STATUS, BIND-LIST-REJECTS, and BIND-RELOAD-NOW are
        documented in the manual, but not the man page.
      * It might be nice if pdns_control returned a list of valid
        commands when either no command is used or an invalid command is
        used.
