[Pdns-dev] Patch for sgml documentation

Hi all,

I've been working on packaging PowerDNS for Fedora Extras, but ran  
into some issues with generating the documentation from sgml.
The attached patch fixes all kinds of errors in pdns.sgml, but it  
mainly adds closing tags where they are missing.
Would it be possible to include this patch in a future version of  
PowerDNS?
