[Pdns-dev]use pdns for DNS roundrobin loadbalaner and geo based DNS resolver

-Dear all:
    I want to use pdns as DNS based roundrobin loadbalancer  ,like 
http://mydns.bboy.net/
   and also want add a feature for geo based DNS 
for examples:
    if client ip is in range 172.10.0.0-172.10.255.255 , DNS return a  recode 
 and if client ip is anthor range ,and DSN return another recode

    what I need to do ? Can I find some modification  or patch?
