Hi Bert

For personal pleasure, I've rewritten the Netmask/NetmaskGroup
classes, improved error handling, removed unused code and made them
IPv6 aware :-)

Tested and found to be good - test code also attached.

I've tried to seperate declaration and implemention, but automake
wasn't so amused of that. It would be nice, if you could either do it
yourself or tell me how to convince automake.
