Hi Bert

Ever thought about a more (FHS) standard compliant directory for 
chroot'ing like /var/named/? According to FHS, the contents of 
/var/run/ must be deleted on at the beginning of the boot process.

pro:
- - more compliant to FHS
- - don't mess up /var/run/
- - also used by bind

con:
- - compatibility to current situation (make transition period easy)
