Hi all

These are the questions asked (logged by lookup() in the ldapbackend)
if I queried for a non-existant host:

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(associatedDomain=nxt.linuxnetworks.de), qtype: ANY

The first query is fine. The host doesn't exist and nothing is
retured.

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(associatedDomain=nxt.linuxnetworks.de), qtype: ANY

The same query happened again. This is odd and shouldn't be!

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(&(associatedDomain=nxt.linuxnetworks.de)(SOARecord=*)), qtype: SOA

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(&(associatedDomain=linuxnetworks.de)(SOARecord=*)), qtype: SOA

Search the SOA record. Found for linuxnetworks.de. Ok.

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(associatedDomain=nxt.linuxnetworks.de), qtype: ANY

The original query is done again! Is the client asking again because
an answer wasn't retured immediately?

Jan 16 21:01:20 notebook pdns[5529]: [LdapBackend] Search = basedn:
ou=hosts,o=linuxnetworks,c=de, filter:
(&(associatedDomain=nxt.linuxnetworks.de)(SOARecord=*)), qtype: SOA

Another question for the SOA record. Seems to be related to the last
query.

This was done without caching (cache-ttl=0, negquery-cache-ttl=0,
query-cache-ttl=0), because I wanted to see into how many queries a
question translates. Can anyone confirm that behaviour?
