Hi Bert

In a first attempt to clear up unnecessary dependencies from very 
basic files, I removed the single logging line and reimplemented 
chomp() in a more efficient way as member of ArgvMap class.

Furthermore I've fixed a possible bug in file() and preParseFile().

Outstanding patches:

- - loglevel2.diff
