[Pdns-dev] pdns doesn't compile from cvs because of libtool - fix

Hi Bert

I've finally found the reason, why the cvs checkout couldn't be 
compiled: libtool references to a variable SED, which isn't set. If 
you do an

    export SED=/bin/sed

first, everything compiles fine.
