Hi Bert

I get an error in the return line (bindbackend2.hh):

size_t operator()(const string& s) const
{
  return __stl_hash_string(s.c_str());
}

__stl_hash_string is not known by icc. Can it be replaced by something 
which doesn't use internal things?
